Shipping

We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as we can. Orders will be processed and transferred to the shipping provider within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase, unless the item is purchased as a preorder.

• Olivia Twine will provide tracking on all orders via USPS

• Olivia Twine is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

Please note that we currently we only ship within the United States.

Returns + Exchanges

We are happy to help you with a return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item that you purchased from our site, please inspect your item carefully as returns that don't follow these guidelines will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Criteria:

• Item is unused and unwashed

• Item is in its original packaging

• Item was purchased within the last 14 days

• Curated collections are not eligible for returns/exchanges
